HR Generalist
The HR Generalist leads essential Human Resources functions, including policy and procedure writing and appraisal, tracking staff compliance with policy, creating and implementing staff and board on-boarding programs, professional development and staff training, including developing and implementing training for the entire organization.

Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager oversees all stages of recruitment including: developing recruitment plans in coordination with hiring managers; setting and managing the recruitment timeline; identifying recruitment trends and using those trends to adjust recruitment efforts; and researching, developing, and implementing best recruitment practices.
