Summer Youth Opportunities

MCC has three types of positions available to youth.

Corps Member - The corps member position is available to all young people between the ages of 15 to 18 years old. Corps members participate in the full eight week program. Corpsmember application (PDF Format)

Wilderness Crew Member - Wilderness crew members work on a crew of youth who have had previous conservation corps experience, either in the MCC or in another corps. These crews focus on leadership development and may have work projects in remote locations. Wilderness Crew Member application (PDF Format)

Youth Leader - Youth leaders work closely with crew leaders to provide leadership and guidance to crews of first year corps members. Youth leaders are required to have previous conservation corps experience. Previous leadership experience is also very valuable. Youth Leader application (PDF Format)
