Conservation Corps is hiring a College to Career Program Manager!

College to Career Program Manager
The College to Career Program Manager will develop and manage the “College to Career” program. The purpose of this new program, developed in collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), is to create pathways for underrepresented students to learn about, gain work experience in, and complete post-secondary education in order to prepare for professional and technical State natural resources and environmental careers.  This position will collaborate closely with a Program Manager at the DNR to design and implement the program. This position will then develop strategic partnerships with participating state agencies to provide internships and mentorships for program participants.  The Program Manager will recruit student applicants (up to ten each year); administer fellowships/stipends; support students in internship placement; and provide outreach and training to participants and their support networks.
