Member Experience Coordinator
The Member Experience Coordinator is responsible for implementing aspects of AmeriCorps member onboarding, enrollment, orientation, training, exit, and post service success. The position works closely with program staff to onboard and off board members, create training curricula, coordinate orientations and training events, distribute and collect performance and program evaluations, and develop resources to support members during service. Full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.

The Recruitment Coordinator focuses on implementing recruitment strategies for 300+ AmeriCorps and 300+ Youth positions serving each year. This includes: managing the web-based applicant tracking system; serving as the primary point of contact for applicants interested in AmeriCorps and Youth positions; developing applications and recruitment materials; updating the Conservation Corps website; posting service opportunities; attending job fairs and recruitment events; and networking with program alumni and community organizations. Full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.

Summer Youth Corps Assistant Director
Assistant Directors will work collaboratively with one another and the Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to youth crews throughout the summer season. There are four Assistant Directors, each with a particular focus: Logistics, Operations, Education Activities, and Kitchen Coordinator/Cook. Temporary full-time, summer seasonal position.
