The Conservation Corps provides meaningful work for young people in improving our environment, conserving energy and responding to emergencies.
Not only do we restore resources, we change lives.
Through Conservation Corps programs, young people become more connected to the outdoors as they develop personal responsibility, a strong work ethic and commitment to environmental stewardship.
Last year, after serving in the Summer Youth Corps, participants reported:

About 20 percent of our program time is devoted to education in environmental science and technology and training in work skills and personal development such as financial management and job interviewing.

VOLUNTEER TO SUPPORT THE CORPS
Conservation Corps periodically has opportunities in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin for volunteers to work with us in restoring natural resources, mentoring and teaching youth, helping with events and administrative tasks, and other efforts.
