The Conservation Corps operates crews of AmeriCorps young adults (age 18 to 25) throughout Minnesota, Iowa and surrounding states. The five or six member crews are well trained and fully equipped.
Crews, each with six youth (15 to 18) and two adult leaders, work in the summer to restore natural resources throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. They set up camp and prepare meals at their work sites and are supervised by experienced crew leaders.
